Yes, before the traveler is ready for maximum play, counter-weight must be installed in the base enclosure. These blocks are specified in the assembly manual and are available at any home building store.
What if the ground is uneven or sloped?
The City Hoops Traveler Hooped is equipped with leveling actuators. While using a level on the base, you'll be able adjust all 4 corners to ensure your hoop is level to ensure a professional playing experience.
