Formulated as a 100% acrylic emulsion, Laykold Line Prime dries clear in as little as 10–15 minutes under suitable weather conditions, allowing for efficient court striping and fast project completion. Whether you're building a new court or refreshing existing lines, Line Prime helps deliver the professional finish players expect.

Coverage

Coverage will vary depending on surface texture and porosity.

• Approximately 400–600 linear feet of 2" line per gallon

• One gallon typically covers a complete set of tennis court lines

Application

1. Apply masking tape to define playing lines.

2. Apply Laykold Line Prime undiluted using a brush or roller.

3. Allow primer to dry until it becomes clear (typically 10–15 minutes).

4. Apply one or two coats of Laykold Textured Line Paint as required.

5. Remove masking tape immediately after the line paint has dried.

6. Allow painted lines to cure for a minimum of 24 hours before play.

Limitations

• Minimum application temperature: 10°C (50°F)

• Maximum application temperature: 54°C (130°F)

• Do not apply if rain is expected

• Do not dilute with water

• Protect from freezing
